Crystal Higbe, PMHNP

Crystal W. Higbe is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. After graduating from Central Carolina Technical College, she worked as a registered nurse for eleven years with newborns and postpartum mothers. Crystal’s nursing background in women’s health is where she developed her passion for women’s mental health particularly perinatal mood and anxiety disorders which led her to pursue an advanced degree. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with specialization as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from Eastern Kentucky University. Crystal works with adults, teens and children treating a variety of psychiatric disorders including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder utilizing both medication management and brief supportive therapy. She is in-network with BCBS, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Aetna.
