Cindy Hope, M.D.

Dr. Cindy Hope is a board-certified psychiatrist who specializes in adult care (individuals 18 and older). She brings a holistic approach to each case. In the profession, it is unique that she offers both therapy as well as medication management.

Dr. Hope has a strong background in pharmacology as well as experience with exercise and nutritional solutions. Her breadth and depth of experience is substantional having worked with patients whose conditions range from severe bipolar disease to substance abuse and whose concerns run the gamut from marital issues to spiritual crises.

Dr. Hope obtained her MD in 1992 at the Medical University of South Carolina where she also completed her psychiatric residency in 1996. She has also received training in alternative therapies including auricular acupunture, Reiki and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). She is licensed by the State of South Carolina and certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
